CKS De Mexico, established on 8/26/2010, is a high-technology display assembly, repair, manufacturing and logistics facility  located in Toluca-Lerma which is near Mexico City. The facility is 64,664 SF (square feet) of combined production, repair, warehouse and office space of which 14,000 SF (square feet) is the combined space of the cleanroom and set-repair room both are static and environmentally controlled. Such conditions are ideal for the repair of sensitive electronic devices and provide the state-of-the-art services that our valued customers both need and deserve. We are proud to offer our world-class services to our customers in 2011.

LCD Panel test processing began .

 

1/21/11

The Grand Opening of CKS De Mexico occurred and the 14,000 SF combined Cleanroom, Set room and repair equipment was displayed and demonstrated for our valued customers, friends, family and Community Leaders, it was attended by more than 60 persons.

 

12/8/10

The Board of Director met and adopted the 1st Corporate Resolution.

 

11/3/10

Federal Registration for CKS De Mexico was completed in Naucalpan, Mexico.

 

9/10/10

Legal Constitutional Articles for CKS De Mexico were drafted and adopted.

 

9/01/10

A location in Toluca/Lerma at The Prologis Park Carretera Mexico, Toluca Km 53.5 Ex-Hacienda Dona Rosa Lerma, Estado de Mexico was selected as the home for CKS De Mexico and architect plans were obtained for the construction of Offices, clean-room and production facilities.

 

8/26/10

CKS De Mexico was legally established in Tijuana Mexico.

 

6/19/10

An exploratory committee was formed with the purpose of identifying potential locations for the newly formed company and several locations were evaluated for suitability.

 

6/18/10

CKS Solution LLC formed a JV with Mexico-based AiO Services for the purpose of establishing a high-technology display manufacturing, assembly and repair facility under the name of CKS De Mexico
